I am an enthusiastic, hard working self-starter with strong language skills. Competent and reliable with an eye for detail, my experience of working with the public has taught me a great deal. I have learnt the value of customer care, open-mindedness and the importance of a good sense of humour, as well as how to communicate effectively at all levels. I have excellent office skills, and above all a willingness to learn.

2000 - 2001
[11/00-??/0?] Studying English at the Chichester College of Arts, Science and Technology in the UK and working as an Au-Pair (care of 3 children aged between 7 and 12 years).

1998 - 2000
RadioMobil a.s. - A company offering connection to the digital radio cellular network, GSM. It is one of the biggest cellular system providers for mobile phones in the Czech Republic (all its services are provided under the trademark "Paegas").

[11/99-10/00] Member of Fraud Analysis Team (FAT); this involved:
- looking after processes in the cellular network;
- assure fraud prevention and detection on operational level with subsequent countermeasures in accordance with Company policies;
- perform real-time monitoring of traffic to prevent high traffic fraudelent use;
- review alarms and decide about next steps;
- identify fraud indicators and justify them;
- disable access to "Paegas" network to fraudulent users by updating blacklist for customer care purposes;
- participate in cooperation with Police;
- handle cases of misused ID documents, etc...

[03/99-10/99] Customer Care Representative; this involved:
- represent Company Customer Care through assigned activities targeted to Support, Develop and Retain Company customers;
- provide customers with correct and comprehensive information and perform or initiate consequential activities in order to support customer satisfaction;
- carry out requests and solve customers' complaints in accordance with valid Company standards;
- perform activation of services, credit check and related activities for single subscribers as well as special customers;
- assist in control of invoicing process, system of accounts payable and receivable, and to process of customers' payments collection;
- contribute in increasing our customers' retention and loyalty through performing assigned customer care activities;
- co-operate with other units and teams of the Customer Care Division, etc...

- general secretarial and office duties, including reception work, general administration and imputing and retrieving data and statistical information;

5. HOBBIES AND INTERESTS

My hobbies include: biking, hiking, swimming and excercising in the Gym . I also like football, ice-hockey, tennis, table-tennis, volleyball... (almost all sports). I usually go hiking in the mountains, forests and lakes in the summer, and skiing in the winter with friends. My other favourite leisure activities are listening to music, gardening, forestry work, service to the community, watching movies, computers, snorkeling, windsurfing, photography and travelling.
